On June 15, 2022, PRAMITA Lab. again won the 2022 Service Quality Award (SQA) with the Diamond predicate for the Clinical Laboratory category.
Located at Hotel Mulia Jakarta, the 2022 SQA award was received by Mr. M. Zaid Hilmy, BA(Hons)., Msc., Director of PT. PRAMITA.
The Service Quality Award 2022 collected by the Carre Service Quality Monitoring (Carre SQM) Research Institute was obtained based on the national research on customer satisfaction - Service Quality Index 2022, held in 4 major cities in Indonesia, namely Jakarta, Surabaya, Semarang, Medan which is a barometer of customer satisfaction.
